BOOK TWO

There’s a great sense of pacing and drama to the smaller, personal details that Russ handles, and Tanner balances romantic plotlines with thrilling espionage twists to deliver a great mix of chilling and chilled-out moments. These fully realized characters add complexity to historical intrigue for an interesting story, but also give us as readers something solid to hold onto and relate to in the darkest moments of the plot.

A bittersweet story of hearts in sync yet never in step, An Ocean Between blends spycraft, bad-news telegrams, and love stretched thin by time, distance, and war.”
